FAQ

- How do you accept payment?
We accept Mastercard, Visa & American Express and all major credit and debit cards securely online. Our online payments are handled by Shopify Secure .
- How secure is my online card payment? You have the choice to pay by credit/debit card via Shopify. When you enter your card number to pay for your purchases, you transmit your banking data directly to Shopify who record them in its highly-protected server. We never see or store your card data.

All personal details are processed via secure servers and you can see the padlock and our security certificate in the bottom of our website.

- Who will deliver my order? Currently we only use Royal Mail for UK orders.For international parcels we use a combination of different couriers depending on size and weight. Please refer to our shipping page for options and prices.

- Where is my parcel? Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm how this has been sent and tracking details if applicable.

In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive you will be offered either a full refund or replacement.

- How can I return my item? you are welcome to return any unwanted and unused items within 28 days. We will replace or refund any product which arrives damaged or faulty but please notify us within 48 hours. Please email or phone to arrange your return. You will be responsible for postage costs for unwanted items and we will only pay return costs if the item has a fault or is damaged. We will issue you a full refund to your original method of pay.
