TERMS OF SALE
Once you have placed and paid for your order you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched which will have details of your post tracking number if applicable.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You are welcome to cancel your order up until point of dispatch.
Once your order has been posted we are now in a binding contract in accordance to our terms and conditions. .
We send all Uk orders with Royal mail. If you require a tracking number please opt for a tracked service otherwise we will not be able to assist with locating any missing or delayed parcels.
International orders are also sent via Royal mail International. These can sometimes be delayed in customs and can take several weeks to arrive depending on various factors such as Customs and Holidays.
Please choose a trackable service if you require a tracking number otherwise we will not be able to help in locating your parcel.
For non tracked orders all postal receipts will be kept as evidence in the event of a parcel going missing.
Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the EU
Goods dispatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach your country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be your responsibility. These are beyond our control.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOM CHARGES, DUTIES AND TAXES. THIS IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO UNDERVALUE YOUR PARCEL AS THIS IS POSTAL FRAUD.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not, or you have simply changed your mind, please return your unused, unopened item to us within 14 days from dispatch for a refund.
In the unfortunate event that an item/order arrives damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will then either replace or refund your item depending on the stock level.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We endeavour to restock any out of stock items within a 2 week time frame.
Occasionally prices may change due to Sales or Special offers.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards securely online through Shopify payment checkout.
All payments that you make by credit or debit card are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If your card issuer does not authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and we will email you to let you know.
When you enter your card number to pay for your purchases, you transmit your banking data directly to Shopify who record them in its highly-protected server.
We never see or store your card data.
All personal details are processed via secure servers and you can see the padlock and our security certificate in the bottom of our website.
